Update 2/7/2006 Things have slowly been settling down in the past 3 months. Here are some view around the office on a typical day:

BGA is planning on moving to 99 Bauer Drive this weekend (Friday November, 17th thru Monday November 20th).

BGA will close its offices at 1 p.m. on Friday to help facilitate the move.

Please bear with us as we make this transition.

After the move our Phone and Fax numbers will remain the same. The only thing that will change is our address:

If you are visiting our office, here are simple directions:

Take Route 208 to the Colonial Road Exit. Make a left hand turn onto Colonial Road, and follow the road to the end until you reach the Flashing Red light. Make a right hand turn onto Franklin Lakes Drive, and follow the road until you see the lake on your right. Make the first right hand turn after the lake onto Bauer Drive. 99 Bauer Drive is the second building on the left.

To get to Route 208 from Manhattan, take the GW Bridge to Rt 4 West, and merge onto Rt 208 1 mile past the Paramus Mall.

To get to Route 208 from the Upstate NY and the North West NJ take I-287 to Rt 208.

To get to Route 208 from the South and Central NJ, take the turnpike to route 80 West, and then take Rt 17 North. Take the ramp for Route 4 West, and then merge onto Route 208.

The bathrooms are almost complete with the addition of the toilets, sinks and countertops.

New Carpet was being added on Thrusday:

Today the new HVAC units were hoisted on the roof of the building. You could spot the crane from a mile away, as it was sticking well above most of the trees in the area.

Network and Phone Wiring has started.

The Demo was completed in the ladies bathroom, and new sheet rock is up on the wall.

Tile work is about to start soon.

The first coat of fresh paint has been applied all over the office. Add to that all the new lights in working conditions, and the office is brighter and better looking than ever.

Demo in the Womens bathroom is now 90% complete, with all fixtures removed, as well as most of the existing tiles.

The walls are up in the mens bathroom. Soon we will start adding new tile in both rooms.

Update as of Wednesday:

This photo shows the new parabolic light fixture and new air diffuser on the left and the old light fixture on the right. Most of the fixtures are now in place and being connected.

The first coat of paint has been applied in most areas of the building. This shows Vito's office:
In the offices we have Indirect Light Fixtures as shown here. The Parabolic fixtures are locted in the main room and common areas.
Most of the Doors have been installed as well.

The drains have been completed in the Mens bathroom, and the womens bathroom demo is complete, except for the mirror.

95% of the existing lighting fixtures are being replaced with new Energy Star Lighting.

Update: These pictures are from Wednesday.

The HVAC system is being redone. The existing system was a plenum supply, without any diffusers, or ducts with the exception of return ducts.

So we are adding plenty of ducts, and diffusers all over the office.

The building will be supplied by 5 seperate Units, and will all be monitored and control via web interface.

This photo shows the new ceiling grid in the lobby. Most of the office will be a 2x4 Grid, while the lobby will be a 2x2 grid. Previously, the Lobby was a 1x1 grid.

The Landscapers were here earlier in the week and they did an outstanding job.

These bushes had not been cared for in years. Now all the bushes are trimmed, the litter has been removed and dead branches have been removed from the trees. The building now has some curb appeal.
